Although our main trip will be in Croatia, we flew into Zurich and then took a train to Luzern/Lucerne. We are spending three days here to chill. We have a wonderful hotel.

The Chapel Bridge in the foreground is the oldest wooden bridge in Europe. Behind it is a tower that's been used for everything from a lighthouse to a prison.
The hotel is on the River Reuss and a half a block from Lake Luzern. We were pretty tired after an all night flight, so we wander the lake area this afternoon.
